All Storytime books read for Toddler Time are within the Elsa Public Library children’s collection and may be checked out with a valid library card.

Elsa Public Library offers Toddler Time for children aged 1-5. Fun and engaging activities, featuring Storytime, dancing, games, social play, crafts, coloring activities, and much more.
