Hotspot Loan Agreement

Mobile Hotspots are loaned to Elsa Public Library card holders ages 18+ with library cards in good standing.

Must be a Elsa city resident and provide proof of address.

Seven (7) day checkout period. No renewals.

One unit per household.

First come, first served basis.

Must agree to library Hotspot loan agreement.

Late fees are $5 per day. Replacement fee of $90.
