Use your library card to log in to CloudLibrary to check out eBooks, eAudiobooks, eMagazines, eNewspapers, Movies, TV Series, and Documentaries. CloudLibrary is completely free for download and use.

How to log in with Elsa Public Library:

• Select United States for country

• Select Texas for state

• Select Hidalgo County Library System for Library

• Enter the library card number located on the back of your card

• Enter card holder pin (4 digit year of birth)

• Use the search bar or browse function
