Elsa Public Library offers the convenient option to pay your library fines online. Please click the logo and enter your information to make a payment.

The patron must enter the library card number located on the back of their library card, and the total fine amount to be paid to Elsa Public Library.

A service charge will be applied to the total of your fines amount.

It will be the responsibility of the patron to inform the Circulation Desk that a payment has been made and provide the confirmation number given by the payment portal.

This payment link is specific to Elsa Public Library only. Any library fines owed to other libraries will need to be paid directly to those libraries.
