Meeting Room Usage and Policy

Elsa Public Library strives to provide library services to all citizens of the community. One of the library’s roles is to act as a support system and a resource service for the community. Reaching out and encouraging groups and organizations to use the meeting room space is part of that service.

Patrons may reserve the meeting room over the phone or in person.

Must be 18+ years of age to reserve the room and have a library card in good standing.

Please reserve one (1) week in advance of the activity/meeting.

An adult leader shall be present at all times and responsible for the supervision of any groups of children under the age of 18 using the meeting room.

The meeting room will only be available during library hours of operation.

There is no charge for use of the meeting room.

Patrons will be responsible for notifying the library of any cancellations.

The meeting room will be available on a first come, first served basis.

Further information regarding the meeting room and its usage may be found in the Meeting Room Policy.
